Drew Burks

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Drew Burks is the Chief Executive Officer of Supersonic Solutions and is a leading innovator in tech solutions, breaking barriers for his clients, and enabling them to grow at supersonic speeds. With over 18 years of experience in technology and leadership, Drew has a proven track record of Salesforce and DocuSign integrations and implementations, driving digital transformation, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Prior to founding his own tech consulting company, Drew was the CIO of Goosehead Insurance, where he led the development and implementation of the Digital Agent, a proprietary insurance comparison and purchasing tool; a referral partner database and search tool allowing agents to find the top realtors and loan officers in any market; and spearheaded the entire company’s development and usage of Salesforce as its company-wide CRM. He is passionate about emerging technologies, servant leadership, and building solutions that solve complex business challenges, as well as tackling any obstacle for companies at any size or stage of development.

Drew holds a degree in Information Systems from Baylor University, and multiple Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Data & Visibility Architect, as well as DocuSign for Salesforce Administrator, and Dell Boomi Integration Developer. He is also a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance agent.

Nikki Burks

Founder and Chief People Officer

Nikki Burks is the Chief People Officer at Supersonic Solutions, where she leads the company’s global people strategy, fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and performance. With more than 8 years of experience in human resources, recruiting and organizational development, Nikki will lead the talent and leadership initiatives to ensure barriers will be broken.

Throughout her career, Nikki has built and scaled people operations at high-growth companies, spearheading initiatives in leadership development, employee engagement, DEI, and workforce planning. Before co-founding Supersonic Solutions, she held roles at Tenet Healthcare, where she lead analytic initiatives that fostered transformations, aligning talent strategy with rapid business expansion and development, and Goosehead Insurance, where she focused on sales and technical recruiting.

Nikki holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA from the University of Dallas.

Casey Bomar

Systems Architect

Casey Bomar is a Systems Architect at Supersonic Solutions, where she designs systems that drive digital transformation and streamline operations. With more than 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, enterprise integrations, and custom product development, she brings both technical depth and strategic leadership to every initiative.

At Goosehead Insurance, Casey served as Salesforce Platform Architect, aligning architecture decisions with long-term business priorities and ensuring system designs met standards of scalability, security, and performance. She also oversaw the development of proprietary quoting platforms and consumer-facing applications that became central to the company’s growth. In a previous role as Manager of Product Management, she built and developed a high-performing team while directing strategy, prioritization, and delivery across multiple technology products.

Casey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and numerous Salesforce certifications, including System Architect, Application Architect, and Integration Architecture Designer, as well as an Associate Dell Boomi Developer certification.
